The hotel was impeccably clean throughout. The staff was attentive and top-class. I loved the room with 2 queen beds, my bed was comfortable. The location was great, within a 10-15 minute walk to Lewis Spring House. The venue's restaurant was good, especially the breakfast buffet.

By and large, it was exceptionally comfortable place with top-class staff that work the night shift. The location was particularly good and convenient, close enough to areas where food is served, many restaurants, and Tallahassee for the past four years for pre states.

Location was right off the interstate. We checked in at 5:00 am and the worker answered the phone immediately which I liked.

The bathroom was not entirely clean- there was mold on the floor. You could tell that it was an older hotel. I always enjoy free breakfast but it wasn't offered here. The window had a light blocker but there was an extreme amount of light that came in from the bottom.

The room was super clean and had a bunch of k-cups for making coffee. We only paid $169 for it. 🌟 There was also a microwave, coffee and tea makers, and a fridge in the room.

The staff and cleaning service did an excellent job. No complaints...

The room was not want we reserved! We reserved two doubles and got a single King..for 5 people.

The central downtown location here was fantastic, and we enjoyed being within walking distance of Waffle House for dinner.

I booked a king room on Booked.net and received the confirmation. When we arrived we were given a double queen room. When I asked the staff about this they said that since we used Booked.net and not their site then we cannot be assured of getting the room we booked and that after they receive the booking they can change the room to something else. We have never had any hotel change the room we booked or tell us this. We were too tired to debate the issue and just stayed anyway.

Its rooms are well-appointed with a great bed.

This place was really comfortable, we loved the view from our room overlooking the pool and the location was convenient for exploring downtown shops.

Breakfast was not included, so we went to Cracker Barrel.

Close to motorway making it a perfect place for an overnight stopover. Breakfast was good once we got it. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to town and restaurants with option of eating in if you wish. Decent wifi. More than adequate for an overnight stop.

Front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with hotel operations resulting in some long wait times, including check in. Breakfast vouchers are needed when breakfast in included but vouchers were not given to us, front desk staff didn't know how to check if breakfast was included in the system or where vouchers were located.

The overnight staff here are real pros at what they do! 🌙 They're the ones working the night shift.

The bed was most comfortable; regrettably, we did not eat at the hotel. XX A phone call from the front desk inquiring about the suitability/satisfaction of the room SHORTLY after we checked in made a lasting impression on the two of us. XX

We have NO complaints! Give the entire staff a SUBSTANTIAL raise.!
